而家的花膠好些少都過千蚊一斤, 魚膘呀, 海參呀, 都一樣咁誇張... 勁...流哂口水... ^O^<br /><br />而家的花膠好些少都過千蚊一斤, 魚膘呀, 海參呀, 都一樣咁誇張... 勁無奈 >__<"<br /><br />講番高湯, 恕小弟妄言, 我喜歡用老雞, 赤肉, 金華火腿, 江瑤柱, 蝦乾, 乾螺頭, 豬骨等等處理完後, 煲幾個小時, 之後攞去用, 剩番的攤凍, 再放落膠盒, 然後儲在冰格, 將來用時才從冰格解凍, 不會浪費, 哈哈!! ^^Vagabondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10808219793696675364noreply@blogger.com
